Data Generator - an AI tool that generates a csv dataset based on a scenario you describe. You can generate up to 10K rows.
Awesome Public Datasets - A high-quality Github repo with a big list of public datasets separated by Genre.
Kaggle - A platform where you can find datasets uploaded by community members. you can find data about almost anything on Kaggle.
Data.gov - A repository of US government datasets on a wide variety of topics, including agriculture, climate, education, energy, finance, and health.
Data World - A platform designed to help data professionals discover, share, and manage data. It provides a central location for users to find and use high-quality datasets, collaborate with others, and create visualizations and insights.
Reddit Datasets - A subreddit where users share and discuss interesting datasets.
AWS Public Datasets - A collection of large-scale, publicly available datasets that can be accessed through Amazon Web Services.
World Bank Open Data - A platform where you can find and download datasets on various economic, social, and environmental indicators from countries around the world.
UCI Machine Learning Repository - A collection of databases used by the machine learning community for the analysis and modeling of data.
Makeover mondays - A weekly social data project aimed at helping people develop their data visualization and data storytelling skills.
Workout Wednesday - Similar to Makeover Mondays. Workout Wednesday is a weekly challenge to re-create data driven visualizations.
National Park Visitors Data - Free Data provided by The Integrated Resource Management Applications (IRMA) about Natiional Park visiors listed by Month showing data all the way back to 1979.
Integrated Resource Management Applications (IRMA) - IRMA has a lot of free datasets you can explore other than the National Park one listed above.
Google Dataset Search - This isn't a collection of data, but rather A search engine specifically designed to help you find datasets hosted across the web.

Datacamp - Build your Data Analysis skills with interactive courses, curated by real-world experts. They do have a free version (Select courses and the first chapter of Every course)
Coursera - has many courses on a variety of topics. The most popular course for data analytics is the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate
CodeAcademy - Has a Free tier with basic courses available.
There are MANY other data courses available online, but I tried to focus specifically on Websites that have some FREE content available.
